I build AI products that start with people, then automate what works.
5,000+ users · ~16% interview rate vs 2–3% industry average · +40% retention
I build products where the AI agent is the product — not a feature bolted on at the end.
I'm a Product Manager based in Essex, UK, with 4+ years across AI products, SaaS and growth. Since April 2023 I've been at Kirro, an AI-powered job search platform, where I own the roadmap and use Mixpanel analytics to decide what we build next.
Outside Kirro I'm the voluntary Growth Manager for Easy Producting, a community where product people grow together. My path into product ran through marketing and customer insight, which is why I still start every problem with the customer's evidence rather than the org chart.
I leverage AI tools like Claude and Codex to optimise my workflow — and I use Claude Code to ship fixes and improvements to the product myself, without waiting on a sprint slot.

Kirro: AI Job Search Assistant — an AI job search platform now used across 5+ countries, built on a deliberately unfashionable bet: humans before automation.
Kirro · AI job search — Onboarding redesign
Kirro's first-run experience was asking new users for everything before it showed them anything. I reframed onboarding around a single job-match moment, cut the intake down to what the matching model actually needed, and let the AI do the first piece of work in front of the user. Adoption of the core feature rose by roughly a quarter.
If the AI can't do a meaningful piece of the user's job on its own, it isn't the product yet. I design around the agent's first useful act, not around a form.
I leverage AI tools like Claude and Codex to optimise my workflow — research, PRDs, analysis, prototypes — and Wispr Flow to think out loud faster than I can type.
I use Claude Code to ship fixes and improvements to the product that improve my day-to-day — work that increased customer retention by 40%.
Evidence over opinion: every roadmap call is argued from Mixpanel funnels and user conversations.
Honest about technology: I say plainly what a model can and can't do today.
Screens serve the outcome. In a job platform like Kirro, the win is a completed application, not a beautiful listing page.
Small releases, fast feedback. As Kirro's roadmap owner, I ship in small increments and let Mixpanel data decide what's next, not a fixed plan.
Positioning, PRDs and technical architecture for products where a model or agent is the core value — from zero-to-one to v4.
Activation funnels, first-run experiences and the analytics to prove they moved the number.
Prioritisation, stakeholder alignment and delivery with cross-functional teams in Scrum.
Two-sided marketplace mechanics, supply and demand loops, and subscription-plus-affiliate business models.
Hands-on with Claude Code and Codex: shipping product fixes and improvements directly, and helping teams fold AI tooling into their day-to-day workflow.
Gabriel and I have worked closely together, both at Kirro and through the product management community I founded. What stands out most is his genuine passion for product and for helping others grow.
I've seen him bring people together, share what he's learning, ask for feedback, and create meaningful conversations around building products. He's curious, open to different perspectives, and willing to challenge ideas while remaining humble enough to adapt when needed.
I've really enjoyed watching him grow as a product professional and being part of that journey.
One thing I really appreciate about working with Gabriel is that he takes the time to understand the problem before jumping straight into a solution. We've had plenty of conversations where we've challenged each other's thinking, especially around what we should build and how we should approach it.
From an engineering perspective, I also appreciate that Gabriel listens. He's open to technical feedback, asks questions when something isn't clear, and is happy to rethink an idea when there's a better way to do it. It makes working together feel genuinely collaborative.
Working Gabriel at Kirro was genuinely a great experience. We worked closely on how we could get Kirro in front of the right people, from testing different ideas to working with influencers and getting real users to try the product and tell us what they thought.
What I liked about working with Gabriel was that he was never too attached to an idea. If the feedback told us something wasn't working, he'd rather go back, rethink it and try something else than force it. He brought a really good mix of product thinking and marketing curiosity to the team, and we had a lot of fun figuring things out together.
Working with Gabriel has always been collaborative and straightforward. He's good at taking broad ideas, asking the right questions and turning them into clear plans without losing sight of what users actually need.
What I appreciate most is how he balances product goals with technical realities. He listens to engineering input, gives us the context behind decisions and makes the team feel part of the process. Even when priorities change, Gabriel stays focused on finding the best way forward.
